About the Diameter Group

The purpose of The Diameter Group on LinkedIn is to enhance the knowledge of the Diameter protocol. We see the Diameter protocol as the evolution of the old RADIUS protocol, but we see Diameter becoming an important part of Next Generation Networks and see Diameter playing a major role in standard based cost reduction and the ability of fast launch new services.

The group aims to facilitate discussion around the connectivity of Diameter and other AAA protocols and to provide information on NGN connectivity.
